It's That Time Of The Year

When I get a sinus infection. Being a voice major in college can really suck sometimes, because one little sickness can set you back incredibly. Last year, I got mono and wasn't able to sing for a month. And now it's a sinus infection which is cutting my range significantly. Jesus.

My hunt for a boyfriend hasn't moved anywhere. I don't know why I put so much effort in it when all I do is get disappointed. I really don't need a guy to make me happy, I just want one to try. "Pro" right now is number one, if anything was to ever happen between us. And it could easily - I know that if I was to just grab him and kiss him, he wouldn't hold back. He and I hang out almost every day, and he's really become my best friend. And this is exactly how my first relationship (and my longest and best relationship) started. You would think that I would just take the hint but noooo. I don't know what my problem is.

But I'm going home on Monday for Thanksgiving break. I'm pretty excited for it because last break I was home for 2 days. I'm pretty excited to see my family, except it is going to be the 1 year anniversary of my Grandma's death. I don't know if my family is doing anything for it, but I'll be sure to go to her grave and visit. I haven't been there yet, and I really don't know if I'm ready to, but I guess we'll see.
